Francesca Kuglen, is a successful serial entrepreneur who started her first company, Jontee Accessories, fresh out of college with $250. Within 11 years, she had grown the business to $10+ million, and sold it to Newell Rubbermaid. She has numerous patents, inventions and trade secrets that have been licensed to large corporations like Conair, Goody Products and Scunci (among others). Ms. Kuglen has 30 years of experience with product development and design, and her products have been sold in every major US retailer. HairZing, which Francesca launched in 2006, has sold 5+ million units worldwide.

Francesca connects with audiences, entertaining and inspiring them through honest stories of what launching companies without venture capital is really like. Ms. Kuglen appeared on QVC for 20 years, hosted her own one-hour show, and has manufactured her products in the USA and internationally. Her passion is building small businesses.
