Description

Workshop description: "How to Stop Being so Hard on Yourself" is a workshop where you will learn where negative self-talk comes from, what purpose that it serves, and a 4-step process on how you can start turning down the volume on your inner critic and ditching the “not good enough” story so that you can live a life of confidence.

In the workshop we will also explore how to distinguish unhealthy negative self-talk from healthy self-awareness, and you will receive some tools and tricks to release perfectionism and people-pleasing. Come with a pencil and paper and be prepared to participate in a short meditation.

Mandy Sciacchitano is a certified life coach specializing in helping women break free from perfectionism and negative body image. She coaches women to reveal the blocks in their relationships with food + their own bodies so that they can feel sane around food and at peace with their reflections.

Mandy is a certified life coach by the Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy, and is currently training to become a certified Hungry for Happiness coach for women who struggle with disordered eating and body image issues. She also holds a B.A. in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Richmond, and an M.S. in Nonprofit Management from the New School. She is fluent in Spanish, and has spent time living in the Dominican Republic, New York, and Los Angeles, in addition to her home state of Virginia.

She is on a mission to empower women in mind, body, and spirit to stop hating on their reflections and start showing up as their most healthy, vibrant, and confident selves for good.
