About this Event

Most startups are launching in categories dominated by large incumbents. We will explore this topic in the context of the Dairy industry, which has been upended by the success of new products / technology. We will consider the perspective of one company that has gained significant share (Oatly) and two starting out (Perfect Day and Eclipse Foods). Topics include:

  • How to select & target competitors
  • How to talk to consumers, buyers, investors, the media
  • What to expect from the industry in ten years

In SF CPG's “How-to-Startup” series at WeWork Food Labs, explore topics critical to today’s CPG world.
