  • How to make Exercise FUN!!

Christine Epperson is a fitness trainer and motivational coach who will get your ass in shape. LOL Hang out with her for 5 min. and you'll start doing push ups! She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and TRX Certified. Christine specializes in providing personalized and group training services in a safe, fun and challenging atmosphere.
