Music, rhythm and sound enhance your life experience, whether by simply listening to it or by being involved in rhythmic exercise or expression. Become aware of how you can use music, sound and rhythm (or silence) for setting different moods, as a mode for energising or relaxation to support you through daily activities and routines.

Stimulating music, sounds and rhythmic exercises are great as a retreat from daily chores to relax, enhance focus and concentration, release stress and to energise. It has been proven that active involvement in music, sound and rhythm and the exposure to natural sound enhance focus and concentration levels and is able to address the underlying causes of discomfort or “dis-ease”, like stress, anxiety, sleep issues, pains, trauma and depression.
