Shruti Shah is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Silicon Valley Bank where she is currently working with the early stage practice team on strategic partnerships. She was previously the co-founder and COO of Y Combinator backed Move Loot, an online full-service marketplace for buying and selling used furniture, where she led national expansion and general business operations.

Over the course of three years, she and her co-founding team raised $22 million dollars to scale the business across the United States. Move Loot was featured in numerous publications including Forbes, TechCrunch, Bloomberg Business Week, CNN, TIME, Fortune and more.

Jan Beranek

Jan is also a mentor at Google Launchpad, Startup World Cup & Summit, European Space Agency Business Incubator, and other groups

U+ is a global product development company working as part of corporate R&D and startups. U+ has internal skills ranging from UX to infrastructure. This gives the ability to help anyone to visualise their digital idea.

As part of U+, Jan leads U+Ventures, which is a venture capital company investing in early-stage startups.

Miss Jordan is a business development strategist/leader who is passionate about innovative technologies with a multifaceted leadership background; in-depth knowledge of the frontier tech industry, startup ecosystem; and the global network of regulatory, investor, and corporate contacts in the finance, aviation and space sectors.

She currently does business development for Early Growth Financial Services a firm that supports 18% of privately funded and venture-backed companies in the United States and previously she was the sales engineer for FlightWave Aerospace, a drone startup in the VTOL.
