That "pill" exists and it's called mindfulness. Scientists have shown that after just 8 weeks of practice, parts of the brain associated with creativity, emotional intelligence and happiness DO physically change shape and grow.

The amygdala, part of the brain responsible for the fight or flight mechanism related to stress, depression and addictive behavior actually shrinks in size with regular mindfulness practices!

But what is mindfulness? And how can you learn to practice it?
