Being in a specialist role like UX is fun and challenging at the same time. Many UX'ers want to transition to Product Management but do not know how. There are several areas of a product focus including strategy, roadmap, development, launch, metrics, financials and research that are needed from a Product Manager. In this interactive session, Paresh will walk us through his journey from UX to Product Management and how he did it. He will also highlight his own product as a success story and provide tips on how to transition from UX to Product Management to anyone who is interested.

Meet the Speaker: Paresh Vakhariya

Paresh Vakhariya is Sr. Director of Product Management at UserZoom. He driving platform and mobile product initiatives and also leads a team of Product Managers., UserZoom is an enterprise SAAS platform for UX Analytics,. He has 15+ years of experience building great products at companies like eBay, PayPal, Verizon, Intel and at startups like Quixey and now UserZoom. During the early part of his career, Paresh managed the UX team at PayPal and made his transition to Product Management due to his passion to work on all aspects of the product from start to finish.
