Dave Kohl continues to add clients through successful networking at large and small events and gatherings. He is the author of “Market Research – A Key Competitive Advantage” and “8 Hours To Sell Your Home” (both available via Amazon), along with his real estate marketing blog. Serving as Marketing Director of First In Promotions Inc. (Real estate marketing and advertising agency) since 1992, Kohl also taught Broadcasting for seven semesters at Columbia College Chicago earlier in his career.
The Chicago native also spent several years in Los Angeles, where his networking and marketing skills helped him to be chosen as Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce “Business Person of the Year”.
