How to manage employee engagement in a hyper-growth company?

Armelle has more than two decades of leadership experience in human resources and marketing. Prior to joining Datadog as Chief People Officer in September 2019, Armelle was the CPO at Arkadin, a global unified communications solutions provider. She began her career at Renault both in marketing and human resources, and subsequently joined Schneider Electric as Director of Strategy and Social Innovation. She was appointed as a board member of Thales in June 2017. Armelle holds a BA from Columbia University and a Masters in Marketing from HEC Paris.

Michael is the Founding Partner at Olive Tree Ridge (“OTR”), a private equity firm based in New York, NY that aims to bridge the gender- and immigrant-wealth gap. Mike’s primary focus is on providing women- and immigrant- business owners with market-competitive opportunities for wealth creation. Mike also oversees the advisory practice at OTR, helping women and immigrant entrepreneurs with their equity and debt fundraising needs. Mike began his career at Sapient in their Energy and Financial Services consulting practices. At Sapient, Mike advised publicly traded utility companies, asset management firms, and brokerage firms on capturing mission critical opportunities by adopting and using technology. After Sapient, Mike started the first of what would become thirteen ventures as a serial entrepreneur. His very first venture, Unique Davis Solutions, set out to make technology and associated technology services accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. After business school, Mike worked at Avon leading their Strategy and Innovation group, exploring the use of emerging technology to improve the lives of 6+ million Avon representatives. Most recently, Mike was the Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and then Chief Investment Officer of MPOWER Financing, a fintech company he started with his INSEAD classmate to provide educational loans to international students and DACA students to attend top tier universities in the United States and Canada – as education is a right, not a privilege. Mike earned his MBA at INSEAD and Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering at Purdue University. Mike and his wife have two boys who like to chase after the family dog Pepper.
