David Prichard has nearly 20 years of public company experience. He has directed IR/communications programs for a number of small- and mid-cap companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, chemicals, agriculture, consumer goods, consumer staples, and automotive/industrial. In his current role, he heads IR/communications for Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc., a $3 billion global consumer products company with market-leading and widely trusted brands such as Rayovac®, George Foreman®, Black&Decker Home®, Nature’s Miracle® and Cutter®. Prichard currently serves on the NIRI-Chicago advisory board, is a NIRI Senior Roundtable member, was co-chair of NIRI’s 2010 annual conference, holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Illinois, and has completed The Theory and Practice of Investor Relations program at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.

In 2012, Jeffrey Tha co-founded Meetyl, a fully automated corporate access platform to facilitate communication between investors and corporate entities. Previously, Tha spent 14 years on Wall Street in various roles, including on the institutional equity sales desks at FBR Capital Markets and ABR Investment Strategy in San Francisco; as an investment analyst at TLB Capital Management and Magnum Opus Capital Management; and as an associate and associate analyst at JP Morgan covering the applied technologies space. Tha is a CFA charterholder and graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Thyra Zerhusen is the principal founder of Fairpointe Capital LLC and serves as the firm’s CEO and chief investment officer. She also leads the mid-cap investment team and serves as lead portfolio manager for the firm’s mid-cap assets, including the Aston/Fairpointe Mid-Cap Fund (CHTTX). Before founding Fairpointe Capital, Zerhusen served as the chief investment officer for mid-cap equities at Optimum Investment Advisors; senior vice president and portfolio manager at Talon Asset Management; principal and portfolio manager at The Burridge Group; and senior investment analyst at Sears Investment Management Company. Zerhusen received a master’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois and another degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology with concentrations in life sciences, biotechnology, and economics. She is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation.

Liz Kluge has been McDonald’s director of investor relations since 2001. Previously, she was manager, financial accounting and consulting for the company’s European operations from 1995 to 2001 and McDonald’s supervisor of benefits and payroll from 1990 to 1992. She began her career in auditing with KPMG in 1987. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
