Managing Adult ADHD symptoms is hard, even with medication. In this live workshop, you'll learn lifestyle hacks to keep your ADHD in check.

About this event

The constant mental noise, the countless distractions, the inability to focus on truly important tasks — these all describe a typical day with ADHD.

While lifestyle changes do not "fix" ADHD, they can reduce the severity of symptoms for many people, myself included. And, these are positive, healthy changes to make anyway, so you really can't lose.

In this workshop, I'll share with you lifestyle changes that all ADHD adults should consider. Specifically, I'll cover:

  • Limiting high-dopamine spikes
  • Exercise
  • Food
  • Supplements
  • Sleep
  • The simplest meditation practice out there

And more importantly, you'll walk away with a plan for which behavior changes you will make in the next 30 days.
