What if I don't like a course?

If you are not satisfied with the course you will be entitled to a refund. But we think you will love the course and hopefully recommend it to others.

Yes, the link will be sent to you immediately afterwards and expires in 4 days.

What if I can't make a proposed date?

If you let us know 14 days in advance, you will get a full refund. But email us if it’s a late cancellation and we’ll try and work something out.

Can multiple people from my company join?

Well yes, but you will have to book as individuals (it kinda ruins the dynamics if more than one is tuning into the session from the same computer). The beauty of the workshop also comes from the diversity of people represented from different businesses.

Each course is different but in essence you will know the tenets of generational diversity and how they fit in respect to your clients and customers. You get the benefit of hearing the fruits of five years research and insight but also practical tailored solutions to your challenges.

Yes, a detailed on-line questionnaire is part of the enrolment process. We do not sign you up until you’ve given us insight into your challenges so Eliza is fully equipped and knowledgeable about your needs and can offer a bespoke course appropriate for all those involved.
