We will focus on the intricacies of such an environment and the mindset and methods it takes to maintain the rigor of a good Product Manager and support a highly functional, agile engineering team.

Meet the Speaker: Michael P.

Michael P. is a Technical Product Manager, Marketing Technologies, Salesforce, in San Francisco. He has previously worked as a consultant in digital products for clients such as Gap Inc., Genentech, Intel, Fox Sports, CVS Health, and more. Michael found that Product Management was a perfect intersection of his skills learned as an Anthropologist, being human-centered, a Business Consultant, managing stakeholders and building business value, and a Technologist, working directly with engineering and technical delivery.
