Description

At this class, local pastry expert Kremena Stefanova will demonstrate how to make a butter dough and its variations that can be used for both sweet and savory pastries including quiche, pies and tarts. She will also demonstrate a French style galette baked upside down in a cast iron skillet.

The cost for the class is $25 and includes copies of Kremena's tried and true recipes and techniques and of course, samples of everything baked during the event.

Class should last one hour, but we've allowed extra time in case baking takes longer than one hour.

Space is limited (see confirmation page and email for location). If the event sells out, make sure to get on the waiting list.

Cancellations/refunds may be made 48 hours prior to the event. If weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from hosting the event, you will receive a refund.
