Description

In this class we explore the art of making seitan (a savory delicious and satisfying meatfree
protein dish made of vital wheat gluten). Together we will learn to make flavorful
savory seitan loaves and sausages that can be served in place of turkey or ham. These
dishes are hearty, rich in protein and will be sure to please the meat lovers in your life.
Recipes will include: Seared Seitan Cutlets; Spicy Rosemary Seitan Sausage Stuffing;
Coconut Whipped Potatoes; and a quick and easy Homemade Vegan Gravy.
