Melissa is passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their health. Her goal is to bring things back to basics and optimize daily habits to help them feel their best. In addition to diet and lifestyle interventions, Melissa incorporates evidence based natural treatments to create individualized treatment plans specific to her patients’ health goals.As a Naturopathic Doctor, she is able to requisition routine blood work as well as specialty tests such as food sensitivity testing and comprehensive hormone panels to help guide treatment. She has a general practice in downtown Toronto and Oakville but tends to focus on weight and stress management, insomnia, digestive concerns and increasing energy.In her spare time, Melissa enjoys staying active, creating healthy baking recipes and spending time with friends and family. Growing up she was a competitive Dancer then transitioned to practising vinyasa yoga during university. Now, she enjoys running, athletic conditioning and, more recently, crossfit.
