Do you always run around chasing your tail and not able to manage your time efficiently? Do you get to the end of the tired but struggling to switch off and get enough quality sleep? Are you finding it hard to be really productive because there is just so many things to do every day?

In today's world we all have a lot of different commitments but utilising your 24 hours to get everything done and get enough sleep is a challenge. Perhaps you keep over committing, or just not able to use your time efficiently which leaves you tired and not able to sleep enough, waking up in the morning already tired and having to face yet another busy day.

You know how much easier it would be to manage your diary better but yet to come up with a way of making this happen. But more importantly you would like to be able to get more rest so you can recharge your batteries overnight and be more productive during the day.


In this talk you will learn:

- How to use your time more efficiently

- How to prioritise your commitments to leave time for the things that matter to you the most

- How to wind down from the day, calm your mind and get ready for bed

You will learn proven and powerful tools to manage your time better and switch off easier. The talk will be interactive so please bring your diary with you, this way we can put these tools in place straight away.

I am a reformed troubled sleeper and the author of The Sleep Deep Method. I help professional women sleep better at night so they wake up rested and recharged.

I have been working with people in the health and wellbeing industry for 10 years. As part of my Massage Therapist and Reflexologist qualification I studied anatomy and physiology. This helps me understand how our everyday life affects our body and vice versa. After years of research on what makes people ‘tick’, I learned that in order for us to sleep well at night, we need to look much deeper than just how tired we are.

In 2014 I launched The Sleep Deep Method Programme. In this the programme we work on uncovering more about you, and what you really need. With that understanding in place, we can design your ‘sleep sanctuary’ that will help you mentally and physically.
