About this Event

Join us for a presentation by Daniel Immerwahr, Ph.D., Associate Professor at Northwestern, on his second book, How to Hide an Empire. He will discuss the United States’ overseas territories.

At Northwestern, Dr. Immerwahr teaches courses of U.S. foreign relations, global history, intellectual history, and the history of capitalism. His first book, Thinking Small, offers a critical account of grassroots development campaigns launched by the United States at home and abroad.
