Whether you're an exceptional leader or new to your role, this 12 part leadership training series will help you continue to build the skills you need to be an exceptional manager and leader.

You will continue to build the skills you learned from the Management training course you recently took to continue to build and strengthen the skills you already have.

This mandatory management and leadership training is for any supervisor, manager, or leader at Kobie. It covers:

  • Building key leadership skills
  • How to give clear instructions
  • Holding employees accountable
  • Listening strategies
  • Improving communications skills to team members
  • Building trust and credibility
  • Giving positive/negative feedback
  • Handling confrontations positively

This training will be held as a 12 part series. You will need to sign up for all 12 training sessions. Each session will be offered twice (but just sign up for one), to give you some flexibility with your busy schedules.
