Description

For many runners, the decreased mileage and lack of endorphins of taper can be tough to manage, mentally and physically. Dr. Joshua Grahlman from Clutch Physical Therapy will help you shift focus from training to recovery mode. He'll lead participants through a series of gentle stretches, foam rolling techniques and mental focus exercises to handle taper aches, pains and anxiety.


Wear comfy clothes that don't restrict your movement, and bring a towel, water, and your yoga mat.
