    Jason Roulston

    Early in 2011, Jason started with Boston Kennedy as a junior recruitment Consultant, 9 months into the business, he was the number one biller, nationally. Jason then saw an opportunity to Co-Found & bootstrap his own recruitment business, Just Digital People.

    Over the next five years, JDP grew from $0 to $10M in revenue, operating across three cities with over 50 employees. In August 2018, BLACKROC launched, in Jason's living room. Now based in the CBD with a team of 18 and doing over $5million of revenue in it's first year of business.

    Jessica Hando

    Jess has been leading large teams through high volume, high pressure and complex environments throughout her entire career to date. She's spent the last 6 years working within recruitment, establishing and profitably growing new business units from 0 Clients and $0, to generating $400K in the first year of operation.

    A values - driven leader, Jess has been at the forefront of learning and development in her previous roles, building out tailored L&D programs, initially rolling these out locally, with a view to roll out on a national scale, across multiple locations. Jess joined BLACKROC as Chief Operating Officer earlier this year, and is a key driver of their core values, positive culture and comprehensive L&D programs.

    Jason Andrew

    Jason is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience as a business and corporate advisor, working with SMEs and high growth businesses. He’s the founder of SBO.Financial, an accounting business that helps entrepreneurs with financial control and visibility over their business.

    Jason is the author of entrepreneurial accounting book, 'Stark Naked Numbers' - regarded as the Barefoot Investor for entrepreneurs, with the mission to improve the financial literacy of entrepreneurs.
