How to Find (Be) the Right Co-Founder

Co-founder relationships are like a marriage, yet founders commit to starting a company together without a lot of relationship due diligence. Choosing the right partner is one of the most important start-up decisions you’ll make. This workshop will introduce you to the key relational qualities to focus on as you’re choosing your co-founder.

Speaker: Dr. Laura Kasper, Executive Psychologist

About the speaker: Laura equips burnt-out executives with the tools to navigate their stressful personal and professional relationships. She has particular expertise in helping co-founders in conflict. Laura’s approach blends her first-hand experience of the high-performing professional workplace with Buddhist psychology. The tools she uses to address power dynamics and influence with co-founders are grounded in her training as a facilitator for Stanford Business School’s renowned emotional intelligence course Interpersonal Dynamics.
