Event description

Description

Are you tired of making the same mistakes in relationships and getting the same results? Are you always attracted to unavailable types, commitment-phobes or people who can't meet your needs? Do you struggle to find emotionally healthy people attractive? Are you ready to change your patterns and find love? If so, this one-day workshop will help.

In order to date successfully and find love, we first need to have a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves. We need to accept all of ourselves in order to accept another. And we need to treat ourselves as valuable people so that others value and respect us. Once we have strengthened our emotional core, we can then identify our self-sabotaging relationship patterns, understand where they come from and find the courage to change them so that we can be attracted to people who are good for us and form long-lasting relationships.

In this workshop, Katherine Baldwin will help you to lay the solid foundations required to form a healthy relationship, with yourself first and then with another. She will also help you to explore your relationship patterns so that you can change them. Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Katherine is an intuitive love, dating and relationships coach, a mid-life mentor and the author of How to Fall in Love - A 10-Step Journey to the Heart (Soul & Surf). She coaches one-to-one, runs workshops, courses and seaside retreats, helping women, and a few willing men, to find healthy and loving relationships.

Katherine's approach is based on her own transformational journey. Over the past 15 years, she has recovered from self-harming behaviours including an eating disorder, binge drinking and over-working at a job she didn't enjoy. She has also changed a long-standing pattern of being attracted to commitment-phobes and unavailable men. Katherine is now engaged to be married, lives with her partner on the Dorset coast and works at something she truly loves - helping others to form healthy and loving relationships. Katherine is a former international correspondent for the global news agency Reuters. As well as a compassionate and intuitive coach, she is an excellent communicator and a skilled trainer.
