My unique How to Fall in Love course takes you on a transformational inner journey, helping you to change your relationship with yourself, create a fulfulling life and remove your blocks to love so that you can form a healthy and loving relationship with a partner who'll cherish and value you and bring you joy.

The exercises I share with you during the course are based on the steps I took in order to fall in love wholeheartedly at 43 with a wonderful, emotionally healthy man, to whom I am now engaged. They are the lessons I learned on my own circuitous and sometimes painful journey to love. They include:

- How I overcame self-sabotaging behaviours in my romantic life that were keeping me single

- How I learned to love and accept myself and my body fully so I could love and accept another

- How I challenged and worked through a deep-seated fear of commitment and intimacy that dated back to my childhood.

While we are all unique, with our own stories and journeys, I know from coaching single women in their 30s, 40s and 50s in the area of love and relationships that we share some of the same struggles and behavioural patterns and that my story resonates deeply with many.

So How to Fall in Love is for you if:

I tailor the course to meet the needs of participants after receiving your pre-course questionnaires, but some of the topics we will look at include:

- How to connect with our true feelings and our intuition

- How to act in our best interests in all areas of our lives

- How to identify and change any unhealthy relationship patterns and remove any blocks to love

- How to take action to expand our social circles and meet potential dates.

After the six weeks, there'll be an opportunity to join my membership group where you can continue to receive support on your journey to a happy, healthy relationship.

My intention is that you would emerge from the course with a stronger sense of self, greater self-esteem, more confidence, a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns, more courage, a sense of playfulness and optimism in relation to dating, a vision of how you want your life to be and some action steps to move forward on your journey to love.

The course is based on my book, How to Fall in Love - A 10-Step Journey to the Heart, but while I would love you to read my book, I hope you can appreciate the real value of working through exercises as part of a supportive community of women and of having others to be accountable to. I have read far too many self-help books but failed to help myself. The only time I have changed is when I have committed to working with a group, with accountability partners or with a coach. Women who have taken my course have taken actions to improve their lives that they have been procrastinating over for years, some have returned to the dating arena with a new sense of playfulness and a greater sense of self-worth, while others have committed to their wellbeing, to self-care and to healthy eating.

How the 6-week programme works:

Each week, you'll receive a letter from me in your inbox and an accompanying video, inviting you to think about and work on an aspect of your dating or relationship journey over the following seven days. Some of the things we'll be working through include:

How to connect to our feelings, build our self-esteem and confidence and feel more grounded and stable
How to detach from and let go of romantic connections that no longer work for us.
How to identify and challenge self-defeating and self-sabotaging patterns.
How to set and keep loving boundaries so you can open your heart while looking after it too.
And how to create wonderful lives for ourselves so we attract healthy, whole partners.


You'll also be invited to join a private Facebook group where I will be on hand to offer guidance and support, straight from the heart, and where I'll talk you through each week's step and offer tips via live video. There will also be fortnightly, 60 or 90-minute calls (depending on number of participants) on Zoom (like Skype) - so three calls in total - where we can discuss the exercises, seek support and accountability for any steps we may want to take and answer any questions you have. Call times will be chosen so as many of you can join in as possible. The calls will be recorded and you can watch them at any time, as you can with the Facebook live videos. If you are away for a week or two of the course, it's very easy to catch up with the exercises and the calls.

The programme is for women of all ages but it's best suited to women who have enough of a dating and relationship history to look at and learn from, so perhaps women in their 30s, 40s or 50s. You can be anywhere in the world, since the course is online. I have a maximum of 12 spaces on this course.
