Event Details

Our first workshop gave an overview of TJC's "Big Three" for EDI (Culture, Process and Policy and Leadership) and we asked attendees which of the Big Three on which they wanted us to host a deeper-dive session. This workshop offers and opportunity to delve deeper into specific strategies, tools and considerations to help you uncover equity opportunities across your company or organization. From HR to workplace wellness to decision-making models, we'll explore some the essential tips and tools that create more equitable and inclusive outcomes. This workshop is helpful for all sectors and may be of particular interest to those involved in recruitment, hiring, retention and/or employee experience. This workshop is also useful for employees within a company/org who are currently (or are interested in) advocating for more equitable, diverse and inclusive workplaces.
