Introduction by Startup Norway - How to take the first step into the entrepreneurs world? We introduce you ways to get started and will present what we see as the number one springboard to get a project started - Startup Weekend.
How does the Windows platform work – The Windows platform is a new to the app ecosystem and is growing rapidly. You will get an introduction to Windows Phone and Windows 8, their principles and how the operating system is designed
Connecting you app to the cloud – an overview of Windows Azure, the Microsoft cloud solution, and how you can use it to connect your app with the world. The app can be written for iOS, Android, Windows or even web. Every app deserves a decent backend - get yours for free!

Designing apps – With Windows Phone 7, Microsoft introduced a new modern design that has been a great innovation in UX and design. During this session you will get an introduction to Modern UX and Design, and important aspects of the process.

How to be successful at Startup Weekend - The juicy secrets on how to nail the pitch, get the right team, work on the right tasks and make the judges happy!
Develop app prototypes without code – In the short amount of time you have at the Startup Weekend, developing a solution from the scratch can be hard. If you want to create a quick prototype to show off your app during the pitch, Windows Phone App Studio can be a solution. Developer or not, this is for everyone who wants to learn how to create a prototype.
