Description

Do you know who you’re looking for but can’t find them? Do you know what your next step is but aren’t sure who you need to get you there?

Built for companies looking to hire those first 20 employees, this panel will share tips and tricks to give you the competitive edge on building a team culture that attracts the best candidates and how to maintain a working environment that gives you the competitive advantage on recruiting.

We’ll discuss tactics to drive employee referrals and inbound interest, as well as how to seal the deal on the candidates you’ve interviewed.

This event is part of the People Ops & Team Leaders Track at Startup Boston Week 2019. And is perfect for companies in the Early Stage.
