  • Importance of including measurable objectives and outcomes – and the difference between outcomes and outputs.

  • Importance of differentiating your organization and/or program from all others

  • What to include in a logic model that will prepare you to write a grant proposal

  • How to craft S.M.A.R.T. objectives

  • How to tie in outcomes with the evaluation
