Most people have forgotten how to breathe properly. Yoga demands that you reverse these habits, since your state of mind is reflected in the way you breathe. When you learn a technique to control the breath you learn to control the state of your mind and thoughts, relieve stress and deepen awareness. At this workshop, Alexandra will guide you through some easy to follow exercises that you can use in your yoga practice and everyday life to enhance and maximize all that energy in your body through breathing.
