This new 2-day training workshop will expand on the concepts and skills learned at the Dealer Sales Meeting in the training session Holding Better Margins by Dollarizing Your Value. Attendees will learn techniques to attach a dollar value to specific features/benefits. By attaching a dollar value to the benefit, you will be able to justify your price and close more deals at higher margins.
Attendees will bring actual sales scenarios from sales they are currently working on, and they will work in groups to determine how to best present their value solution. Finally, participants will learn how to communicate their value by giving a high-impact presentation.
