So excited to have you join us for this interactive workshop where you will:

• Go on a sacred journey to meet YOUR dragon
• Learn about the energy of dragons and how they can support you in your daily life as protector spirits and guardians
• Talk to, connect, and ground this powerful dragon energy

This introductory workshop will help you meet and learn to connect with your dragon. I keep saying YOUR dragon because just like people, each dragon is unique.

From a young age, I connected with dragons and love their fierce loyalty. Once bonded, they can stay with you for life. Just like any relationship, building trust, confidence and communication takes time. Having this entry point can truly support you as you:

• Work through challenges and big decisions
• Take a leap of faith
• Move forward as your most authentic self
• Reconnect to the magic you may feel like you've lost touch with

Together we will:

• Discuss how to connect with dragons (this could be through tv, books, myths, drawings, etc.)
• Participate in a guided journey
• Ground your experience through writing
• Dance with your dragon - to embody and embrace this new energy in your life

You will leave having met your newest spirit guide and guardian. Dragons love being part of your spiritual team!

Notes:

*This is an all levels class. Beginners welcome! No previous experience necessary.

*This workshop is appropriate for age 18+

*Please come sober to respect this sacred work

What to bring to the workshop:

• Journal/notebook and pen
• Water
• Comfy clothes to move in
• Eye cover if you want for the journey (bandana, scarf, can also just close your eyes)!
• A curious mind and heart ready to explore this magical realm
