The new Workplace Pension rules affect every business with employees. Whether you run a shop a charity, a salon or a pub and you employ staff, you can’t ignore workplace pensions. Even families employing a nanny or personal carer will need to know how the rules affect them.
Between now and 2018 every employer will need to assess their workforce and enrol qualifying employees into a workplace pension scheme. And there's lots of confusion over what to do, especially for those with no eligible employees or director-only companies.
