In this seminar Jonathan Alder and Pete Weeks will look at the role of your brand in building customer loyalty, and the opportunities that exist for you to do this both online and offline.

The quality of your customer relationships will depend on the quality of your customer experience, so we will explore how your brand can influence this. We’ll share the four factors that form the customer experience and discuss how you can use each of these to your advantage.

We will also highlight the importance of communication in shaping the customer experience. This will include advice on how to develop a clear message to engage your customers, and a practical look at how your visual identity can help you to communicate that message.
