Peter Bell, CTO, SKiNNiO
Thursday, October 13th from 8:00 - 9:30 pm
Native? Titanium? PhoneGap? How should you build a mobile app? What are the trade offs and the issues you run into? Does "write once, run anywhere" really work, and when it doesn't, what do you have to do next? This session will introduce the various alternatives for building mobile apps, providing a high level overview so you can then pick the technologies that will be most applicable to your use cases.
Peter Bell is CTO of SKiNNiO. He has helped start-ups and existing businesses to develop over four hundred web applications since 1996. He presents internationally on requirements and estimating and agile development and has been published in Information Week, Dr. Dobbs, IEEE Software, Methods & Tools and NFJS the Magazine.
