…prep enough for the number of guests at your table
…fold charcuterie like a pro
…make cheesemonger-level cheese pairings
…determine when to cut, crumble, or leave the cutting up to your guests

…all with tools you already have in your kitchen!

What’s Included:

No need to raid your cheese drawer! We’ll provide the cheese, charcuterie, and sidekicks. (Unless you have little pieces of cheese at home you want to learn how to use up... then bring them!)

$55 for the class + a glass of wine

$40 for the class + a non-alchoholic beverage

What to Bring:

A sharp knife (or cheese knives if you have them)
Small condiment bowls or ramekins
Charcuterie or cutting board (a large platter will work too)
[Optional] Any extras that inspire your charcuterie board creativity!
