Event description

Description

When it comes to work, to building a career and making a good living, thinking about the future can be a bit scary.

That’s because, when we look around we see more uncertainty than clarity and more rapid change than smooth consistency.

We intuitively understand that the economy we’re operating in today is different than the one our parents operated in, that the mindsets, tools and skills that were developed for that previous era, are inadequate to serve us in this new one.

We’re in an era of transition, witnesses to the end of the industrial era, and early participants in whatever future humans will call this new one.

For those of us early in our careers or contemplating career change, this uncertainty can be paralyzing. It can lead to us trying to play it safe, without understanding that the definition of "safe" has change. It can lead us to respond to the sense overwhelm with inaction. It can encourage us to rely on relics of the previous era, like degrees and gatekeepers, that no longer cary the same benefit but often carry twice the cost.

But there’s hope.

More than hope really, there deep, meaningful and abundant opportunity. There’s freedom and impact and community. There’s wealth (however you’d like to define it.)

It’s this opportunity I want to talk with you about.

Please join me for a discussion on how “work” has changed, how technology is and will impact our careers and how to use the new economic paradigms growing around us to build a happy, healthy, profitable and long lasting “career” with impact.

Space is limited. The session is free. Join me.
