About this event

Is there a way to boost my Immune System? YES! Let’s start with the best way: Change your lifestyle. A lot of people don’t realize that when you’re eating a bad diet, your body becomes a garbage disposal system. The endogenous material consumed by a poor-quality lifestyle is a perfect nesting place for bacteria to grow and proliferate. Everybody sneezes on you, and you’re probably going to pick up a cold and think you have a weak immune system.

This is especially important as we are surrounded by the effects of COVID-19 and other possible contagions. If your overall system is clean, you exercise, you’re not overeating, and you’re eating the right food, you will discover how you can have a powerful immune system.

This event will be BOTH a livestream and in-person event!
