FREE WEBINAR FOR PROPERTY OWNERS! Learn everything you need to know about constructing an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). In this session, we'll go over all the options you have for creating a passive income and additional housing by adding an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) to your home! In this three-hour FREE workshop, you will learn the steps you need to follow to get your unit built and generating revenue.

We will address the following concerns during the webinar:

• Is it possible to build an ADU on my property? What is the maximum number of buildings I can build?
• How do I get a permit to build an ADU? Are there any programs that will subsidize my unit and the cost?
• How do I hire a builder and manage construction?
• How do I pay for an ADU? What liability am I assuming as the owner?
