You are invited to New York Women Social Entrepreneurs "How She Does It" Dinner featuring Beth Ferguson, Founder of Sol Design Lab.
Join us Monday, June 24th, 2013 at Maharlika NYC, 111 1st Ave., New York, NY at 6:30pm for a woman only intimate dinner, ft. Beth Ferguson as she shares her work, which fundamentally embodies entrepreneurship, sustainability and meaningful work.

Beth Ferguson, Founder Director of Sol Design Lab
Beth Ferguson is an ecological designer, public artist, and founding director of Sol Design Lab. She has worked to help thousands experience the power of solar energy with her iconic solar charging stations on the streets of San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, and at SXSW, Coachella, TEDxPresidio and festivals across the U.S.
Beth has taught design/build classes at Hampshire College, the University of Texas at Austin, and The Art Institute of Chicago. She is now working on a project to bring free public emergency solar charging stations to NYC.

Cynthia Hellen, a passionately curious, socially oriented entrepreneur, creating environmental and social change. Founder of SMPLCT Lab, a R & D lab with a mission to create cross cultural collaboration between artists, designers, technologists, scholars, researchers, policy-makers, and citizens worldwide; design simple technology for those living on $2 a day; and better educate society on sustainable living.
