Our panelists’ diverse views will fuel a lively discussion on how patent trolls are impeding innovation and how to remedy the problem. Introductory remarks will be provided by Senator Mike Lee. Complimentary lunch with be provided.
This event is part of CCIA’s new Patent Progress initiative, featuring a website with unique, real-time analysis and frequent updates on the changing high-tech patent landscape. Patent Progress probes current issues with the patent system in the high tech industry with a focus on returning the patent system to its Constitutional purpose - to promote the progress of the useful arts.
