How Nature Inspires 3M Science

A Young Scientist Lab Virtual Field Trip

Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM (EST)

What do gecko’s feet, spider legs, goose feathers and fireflies have in common? They are all features designed by nature that have inspired 3M innovations in science!

Take your students on a scientific journey to explore how 3M scientists are using biomimicry to improve and invent new products for everything from healthcare to food science to adhesives.

Don't forget to submit your student questions ahead of time for the chance to have them answered during the premiere!

Follow us on Twitter @DiscoveryEd and @3M and join the conversation using #YoungScietistVFT.
