Five remarkable stories about Milwaukee's ascent from a lush river valley to an industrial might will be paired with five memorable courses emulating the European cuisines of the time. Tales of ambition, adventure, and fortune will be brought to life at Milwaukee's historic restaurant Karl Ratzsch, featuring the culinary talents of two-time James Beard Award semi-finalist Thomas Hauck.
