Description

You are invited to attend either one of these two introductory talks to find out how a simple, nonreligious meditation technique can reduce your stress, anxiety, tension, and high blood pressure while improving focus, energy, creativity, happiness, and health.

  • Wednesday, May 24, 5 – 6 PM at THEARC Community Meeting Room
  • Thursday, May 25, 12 Noon – 1 PM at THEARC Recital Hall

There is no charge to attend.
Food and refreshments will be served. Limited parking is available

The talks are presented by the Center for Health and Wellness, a division of the David Lynch Foundation, a nonprofit organization that teaches Transcendental Meditation to adults and youth around the world. In November, the Foundation will open its doors to THEARC community from its new community meditation center, on THEARC campus.

Bob Roth, CEO of the David Lynch Foundation, along with other teachers of the Transcendental Meditation technique, will give the talks and be available to answer questions.
