Event Details

Join serial entrepreneur and PR maven Patrice Tanaka, a local gal who graduated from Castle High and UH Manoa, as she talks about her journey from Hawaii to the Big Apple. She will share lessons learned over a 35 year PR career and co-founding three agencies, including PT&Co., CRT/tanaka and PadillaCRT (now Padilla), the largest employee-owned PR agency in the U.S. with 240 employee-owners.

Patrice’s three agencies have been recognized both for doing great work and being among the best places to work in the PR industry nationwide.

Among the key lessons Patrice learned was the importance and competitive advantage of discovering and communicating your business and life purpose. This is the reason she left the PR profession in 2015 to start Joyful Planet, a consultancy focused on helping individuals and organizations discover and live their purpose to unleash greater success, fulfillment and joy in their personal lives, in their workplaces and in their communities.

This is a must-attend event for any business or PR professional, whether starting out or in the later stages of their careers.
