How do I get my child to eat better? (790) for parents & carers in Herts
Overview
Food can be such an emotive issue in families.
Parents often tell us how much they worry about their child's health and nutrition as well as the effect that picky eating can have on family life & social lives.
This online session will help you to understand:
- what is going on when your child is a picky eater
- what helps or hinders when we try to encourage our children to eat a variety of foods
This interactive session and popular session is part of the Supporting Links Bitesize Parenting Collection; this one hour event will take place via Zoom and will include a Q&A.
Previous attendees have said:
"Really helpful things to try and advice on what not to do. The combination of strategies with empathy for where parents are likely to be now was spot on"
The workshop is provided free to parents by Herts County Council and it is open to all parents and carers of children aged 2-25 years old who are living in Hertfordshire.
