Event Details

In the quest to be more creative:

  • Should you sit or stand at your desk?
  • Does it matter if you are left or right-brained?
  • Should you pay more attention or let yourself daydream?
  • Is the creative process the same for an engineer, painter, writer and software developer?

American University of Beirut (AUB) Cognitive Neuroscientist and Professor of Psychology Arne Dietrich, neuro-entrepreneur and founder of the Platypus Institute David Bach, and AUB Professor of Theater Robert Myers will discuss the neurochemistry of creativity and what that means for creative professionals, and anyone else seeking more creativity in their lives.
