How Can Education Foundations Support Arts Education?

Education foundation and school district leaders, we invite you to come together to discuss successes and challenges in supporting arts education in your district. Together we will explore promising practices for aligning fundraising efforts with strategic arts education plans to achieve shared goals.
This event is hosted in partnership with the California Consortium of Education Foundations. Established in 1982 as a statewide nonprofit organization, the California Consortium of Education Foundations (CCEF) strengthens public education by facilitating the creation, growth, and effectiveness of local education foundations (LEFs).
When & Where
Arts For All
Arts for All is the Los Angeles County initiative dedicated to making the arts core in K-12 public education. Arts for All currently collaborates with 65 of 81 LA County school districts, plus four charter school networks, to formulate and implement arts education policies and plans that utilize the arts to enhance student learning. Arts for All was established in 2002 by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors as a partnership between the Los Angeles County Arts Commission and the Los Angeles County Office of Education. They now work with over 100 community organizations.
