The goal of the Houston Crawfish Fest is to utilize elements that transcend the differences of our extremely diverse Houston community and unite us with our similarities while celebrating our differences. We want to create an atmosphere that will be conducive for facilitating true connections and foundations for relationships amongst all who attend the festival. Simply put: this festival is about philanthropy, food, and fun.
Houston Crawfish Fest has gained prominence in the surrounding Houston Metropolitan area and last year, it drew a crowd of over 1000 people who came to enjoy live music, food and fun in a laid back atmosphere. However this is a far cry from the festival’s humble inception 3 years ago as a backyard summer party originally named Crawfish and Budlight that only hosted about 50 of our friends. And while we are extremely proud of the event’s growth and continue to work towards that, we are more proud that we have never lost our original “backyard party” feel.
