As a complement to the Homebuyer Education & Counseling course, we offer a Landlord/Tenant Training program for clients purchasing 2-4 family homes that provides basic knowledge of the rights and responsibilities of being a good landlord and tenant.

2016 Class Dates:
Landlord/Tenant Training is held on a rolling basis on a case-by-case basis. Register online and contact us at 646-217-3392 or email@example.com to schedule a one-on-one training session.
Participants will receive a detailed resource guide and will be awarded a certificate of completion. Landlord/Tenant training is a requirement for all clients purchasing a multi-family home with a CRA mortgage.

The Housing Partnership’s homeownership counseling and education programs will provide all the necessary information, knowledge and tools to make smart, informed homebuying decisions. All classes are conducted by Housing Partnership Development Corporation, a U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) approved Housing Counseling Agency.
The homeownership counseling and education programs include: First Homebuyer Education & Counseling – a requirement for all down payment assistance programs and first time homebuyer mortgages, Landlord/Tenant Training, Credit Repair Boot Camp, Financial Capacity Building, First Home Club, and HomeFirst Down Payment Assistance.
